Currently in the conceptual design stage, this project of proposes a new home to replace an existing 1970’s house.

The new house takes advantage of the site’s special qualities - with the rear of the house opening out facing the east views, living spaces orientated to the front to watch the street life go by and the main living areas taking advantage of the north to make for a comfortable family home.

A simple colour palette of white textures with accents of natural materials offers this house a relaxed coastal atmosphere.
